Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions below.
You may return eligible items within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
New and unused;
In their original packaging;
Returned with all original tags attached.
To return an item, securely place it in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within fourteen (14) days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a refund or replacement.
Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
